If you have not been to the clinic in the last 12 Months, You CAN NOT book online. Please call 867-7153 as you will need extra time for an assessment. If you disregard this notice and book an appointment, upon your arrival you will not be seen and you will be rescheduled. If you are unsure if you have been to the clinic within 12 Months, please phone the clinic on 867-7153 and we will look up your last appointment date.
